First Boot Up Error ?

Hey guys 🙂
Just completed the installation process without any errors , but during the first boot I'm getting error "FAILED TO START UP MANAGER "
160.960194 system [1] : FREEZING EXECUTION ]

It's Dell Inspiron with Intel Pentium dual core ! 4GB ram

Try disabling secure boot if your system is running uefi, (most modern systems from the decade of windows 8 use uefi)
