Solus drivers

Hi, I installed Solus (Budgie) on my computer and when I go to Harware drivers, I don't have any drivers offered while I have a nvidia gt210. For example, when I play minecraft, minecraft don't use my graphics card so I have low fps, who can I install the drivers manually ? ( when I tried to install them with NVIDIA-Linux-x86_64-340.108.run, I have a message error : ERROR: You appear to be running an X server; please exit X before
installing. For further details, please see the section INSTALLING

It doesn't show any drivers because there are none for your system. The oldest nvidia driver Solus has is the 390 series and that does not support your card. Nvidia stops supporting cards and driver branches from time to time which means they will stop working with newer kernel versions and Solus stops shipping them.

Manually installing drivers won't work because they do not support changes made in newer kernels and nvidia are no longer updating those drivers to make them work. An even if it did work it would be unsupported by Solus itself. It would also break frequently with system updates.

So your options are:

Continue using the open source driver
Upgrade your GPU
Use a Linux distro that still ships a nvidia driver and kernel version that supports your hardware.
