How to request packages
Package requests should be done through the dev tracker, not the forums. Information on how to do it in the link provided.
Opencode links for ocs-url show it as deprecated and there is no activity. I doubt this will be considered for inclusion, but that would just be one of the reasons.
If you're really looking for this type thing, you could see if the Pling store works. It's an AppImage so it should run, not sure about installing themes and such.
That's easy enough to do by just getting the tarball, extracting, and doing a sudo mv ~/home/downloads/Orchis-dark /usr/share/themes (my path may not be right, it's been a minute)
