Snap app trouble

I've used Solus on another laptop and in a vm and never had a problem. I just installed it on another laptop and I can't get snap apps to run. I found this here:

ON STARTUP:
sudo apparmor_parser -r /var/lib/snapd/apparmor/profiles/

AND TO FIX THE SNAPS:
sudo usysconf run apparmor -f

I typed these in several times and once it worked and I brought up two apps. After I closed them they wouldn't come back up and I've typed in these lines several times and rebooted a few times and apps just aren't loading. Is there any other fix for this? Thanks.

can you run sudo usysconf run -f and let us know what's the output?

backslidr Reboot your system and run snaps again.

I get the same result. The icons show in the panel for about a second and then nothing. I should add too that when I run those two apparmor lines and reboot the apps will come up, but only once. If I close an app it will not reopen which seems kind of weird.

Okay. I tried one of the first ones in the thread. Uninstalled snapd and reinstalled it. It seems to be working now. Installed a couple of more apps and all seems well. That's a relief. Thank you VERY MUCH for your help!
