If you happen to be the sysadmin for your network, you should be able to check your router to see what address it assigned to the printer. The router should display a list lf all the devices connected to it, and their addresses.
If you're not the sysadmin, about all you can do is ask that person to check for you.
EDIT: When I wrote the above, I assumed that all you need is the network address of the printer, as that's how things work here. I, too, am surprised that Solus didn't connect to the printer automatically. Solus connects to my HP 6970 automatically whenever I log on, and I didn't need to configure it.
