JonnyCodewalker zsh (autosuggestion & syntax highlighting) + powerline + tilix To lazy to change again or even look at what else is out there tbh
Justin Harvey I setup yakuage a few days ago and am loving it. Forgot how good it was when you need a quick command.
algent Just discovered "bash-it". Guys check this out. https://github.com/Bash-it/bash-it There are a lot of themes too. Here I am using powerline_multiline. Before using this backup your current .bashrc file $ cp .bashrc .bashrc.backup The themes https://github.com/Bash-it/bash-it/wiki/Themes
Scotty-Trees Honestly not sure of all the terminal emulators differences, but I use the default on Solus 4 Gnome, which is just bash for Gnome Terminal. I think I'm doing this right 😄
Jazzyboy1 Until a few days ago, I was just using gnome-terminal with bash, but this thread prompted me to do a little research, and I've now settled on Tilix + zsh, which has been working really nicely so far.
yusren Pantheon Terminal is my favourite. I am forgetful person. It keeps the terminal tabs that I opened last. So I was never worried about the last location of the working dir.
Staudey Still using gnome-terminal, but I switched the shell to zsh, using oh-my-zsh and powerlevel10k, plus zsh-autocompletion and zsh-syntax-highlighting plugins (to get some features from fish that I enjoyed)
