Fsync (futex2) kernel patch

Hi.

Newbie here, interested to improve gaming on my rig with Solus. I have checked Reddit and wonder when will support Fsync, even maybe a way to patch kernel with instructions or... must wait for official launch with next kernel updates.

Also note that the Wine devs are now working on a different solution, so it might be a while still until something lands in the kernel
