JoshStrobl My issue is, that because some liquid probably got deep inside the keyboard (and it is a laptop keyboard and pretty difficult to disassemble or replace and drying it for longer periods didn't help), super key sometimes just "presses automatically" (i mean not physically, but i get that effect of a long keypress), and when it's "pressed" i can't do much with that laptop, other stuff gets interrupted by it - like i can't write with the keyboard at all and i can only move the windows and am not able to interact with them in other ways - basically it's the same if you would press and hold a super key, and then try to use computer like that. So i thought that maybe there is a way to permanently disable the key, cause this gsettings command doesn't help with this issue.
In Windows there is a possibility to overwrite a keyboard layout with certain keys disabled or binded with another function in a registry, is there something like that or similar on Linux?
Like for example if i would like to rebind super key with ctrl or something else, what would i use on linux? And maybe by the same logic, maybe there is a way to rebind it with "nothing" if it's clear what i want to achieve here?
