budgie-desktop-view showing home folder

JoshStrobl and this is what I just got:

~/Desktop $ ./desktop_file_test 
/home/brent/Desktop is the reported get_user_special_dir for UserDirectory.DESKTOP
/home/brent is the reported home dir

edit: desktop files and folders can be launched from desktop for the first time in a long time. This is good.
(Next: restore drag and drop. I know, I know, don't push it...)

YuriTheHenrique Update on tests here;
I searched on the web and xdg-user-dirs man page, since the new user has it working, and man page told me that it fallback to system default configuration if it does not have a file at the login, I tried a little thing:

Got to ~/.config and renamed user-dirs.dirs to user-dirs.dirs.backup, then in terminal I did xdg-user-dirs-gtk-update and xdg-user-dirs-update

Restarted my session, and it is working.
