The items in the right-click menu comes from two places:
- If right clicking on the primary monitor, chances are that is coming from Budgie Desktop View, the new desktop icons implementation for Budgie.
- If right clicking elsewhere, it is likely from Budgie itself.
In the case of Budgie Desktop View, I have not yet set up the weblate project and separate translations repo for Budgie Desktop View yet. It is planned but no ETA. In the case of Budgie Desktop, translations are already provided through our weblate, and get occasionally synced to Budgie Desktop itself (it's a git submodule that points to budgie-translations on the GetSolus GitHub). The last sync was just prior to the Budgie 10.5.2 release, but I plan on doing it again likely around the time I address the translations for Budgie Desktop View itself.
The application shown is GNOME Control Center. Translations for that are not provided by Solus and was already linked to by algent.
