After the last two update cycles my Thinkpad is behaving strangely. I have narrowed down some performance issues to tlp. But still something is just not right. For example starting games in lutris takes literally forever, changing tabs in firefox is painfully laggy, the whole system just works like "the brake are engaged" if you know what I mean. Even reverting to linux-lts kernel did not help.
Do you have any suggestions to narrow down the problem even further and maybe fix it?
