treehouse55 Foss_Guy I had the same on KDE, temporary workaround for me was spamming space at boot and choose the previous kernel.
Foss_Guy Wanted to change the kernel to 5.6.19-159 how do I do? And if it goes wrong how can I do the reversal?

kaktuspalme Foss_Guy You are running lts kernel 4.14 not kernel 5.10. Try booting kernel 5.10 by spamming the spacebar when starting your computer and then select kernel 5.10. Also did you try pavucontrol as suggested by @stalebrim ?
stalebrim Try if this works echo 'snd_hda_intel.dmic-detect=0' | sudo tee /etc/kernel/cmdline && sudo clr-boot-manager update Then boot to your latest kernel
