Can't Print After Last Upgrades

Following the recent upgrades, my Budgie laptop will no longer print a simple document. The reported error looks like:

Could someone please let me know the name of this daemon, and the command to start it?

I find it very curious that my Budgie workstation does not have this problem after the same upgrades. When i could not print a shopping list from the laptop, i was able to do so with no problem from the workstation.
