Is there a way to set an .mp4 as a wallpaper on Solus? I've tried using wallset with no luck. I'd rather not use the option in VLC since that essentially eliminates the entire desktop to have a full screen video running.

On Budgie, I think no. On Plasma, I recall reading it's possible, but can't say further

    Check out Hidamari. I have used it on several linux distro's, but none with Budgie desktop.
