  • Where does the name Solus come from?

Hi, I love this distro. Just wondering, where does the name Solus come from? It means by oneself or alone. There is the character Mordin Solus in Mass Effect. Based on the logo, is it some sort of sailing reference? Just curious...got some stickers off redbubble and now putting Solus and Budgie stickers on everything 🤣
