algent I did say it was a minor issue, but that doesn't make it any less annoying, especially when other distros have the shortcut pretty much standardized. Im sure new users to solus or users who test out solus for the first time would also appreciate the shortcuts already being there. Isnt solus all about sane defaults?
I would argue having a shortcut to the terminal is about as sane and default one could get for any distro.
one of the biggest draws for solus(at least to me) is how little i have to configure it to make it useable for me to work in. I'm honestly baffled as to why there is no default shortcut for the terminal (since it would be very easy to add) isnt in solus? I'm sure many users, not just myself would appreciate a default keybinding to open the terminal in solus.
ctrl+alt+t would be a good choice as its pretty standard across distros.
not to mention, this is linux, where the terminal is used for many things from installing software to managing your OS, shouldn't solus provide easy access to it like many other distros have, especially when it would be little to no extra work to do so for them?
