I've been having this issue for months, the Super L key sometimes works and sometimes it won't get registered. Usually, it stops working after restarting. Also, while the Super R key does get recognized, most keyboard shortcuts defined by default don't work, like Super+L to lock the session, changing to other workspaces, etc. Also my keyboard media keys stopped working, however if I configure the shortcuts in Settings, the Fn key is recognized as an alternate? Super key and media keys are properly recognized.... but with the correct key under a different name but also the Super R key triggers the actions of the Fn key.
Doing xev -event keyboard does not show anything.
xmodmap -pke | grep Super:
keycode 133 = Super_L NoSymbol Super_L
keycode 134 = Super_R NoSymbol Super_R
keycode 206 = NoSymbol Super_L NoSymbol Super_L
Going into the input sources menu inside Region & Language and inspecting the keyboard also does not light up when pressing the left Super key.
This is on latest Solus, Budgie desktop.
