Hello.
During installation process of Solus Budgie i chose my location and my native language which uses cyrillic script and got stuck on System Settings step because installer does not accept host name in cyrillic and i can not change language to english, there is now buttons to change it and Win+Space does not work.
Solution i found - go to Settings->Region and Language of live session itself and add Input Source with my native language. After this Win+Space started working in "Install Solus".
Edit: Right after installation was complete i rebooted my PC and got stuck on lock screen because my password is in english but lock screen uses my native language and there is no way to change it, only with ctrl+alt+f2
