Yeah, exporting a .csv file from LastPass is trivial, and I was able to successfully import it into KeePassXC.
I disabled LastPass in Vivaldi and used KeePassXC to log on to my brokerage account successfully. As it happens, that was more of a chore than just using LastPass, so I don't quite consider myself a convert yet, but it was an interesting adventure.
LastPass likewise stores a copy of the database on the hard drive, fully encrypted, and uses a master password to access it. But it automatically populates the fields of any logon page. It's extremely convenient to use. (And likewise, it's free, although not FOSS.)
