I added repo Flathub, but it is not in the list

The command you used only lists Solus proper repositories (the main system / distro repositories).

To list flatpak repos, use this command: flatpak remote-list

eopkg list-repo shows the Solus package repo (shannon or unstable) from which you will install the normal packages.
To show the flatpak repos you need flatpak remote-ls
