Hybrid laptop, switch to Intel GPU

Hello, i am on a hybrid laptop (2 GPU, Intel and Nvidia)

I've installed nvidia driver and now Solus use Nvidia :

But now my fan are constantly on and it's annoying, so i want to switch back to intel gpu.
Some forum says i have to check an option in a "Prime Option" menu in nvidia-setttings, but i don't have that :

So if someone have a solution to switch back to intel (Or limit my fan bc the sound is horrible) that would be cool !

I have a solution, but it turns off Nvidia GPU entirely while on Solus. It may work for you. Here it is

Before i've installed nvidia driver, i had some freeze sometime and i was forced to force restart the laptop, can this re-happen by disabling nvidia gpu ?

IAMISSAM If you disable Nvidia GPU, the driver's won't be able to cause you any power draw, heat generation, and forced restarts. I can't say this won't cause a blank screen, so save any documents you absolutely need externally and attempt this.

I.e. - do it at your own risk, but if it works, it'll solve your problem I'd think
