as we can see in https://www.kernel.org/ there is 4.14 | 4.19 | 5.4 that are also lts.
@JoshStrobl , why solus decides that use 4.9 version for lts kernel?
it there any plan to upgrade lts?

Because 4.9 has been solid and subsequent LTS kernel series have had issues. When the team are satisfied that a newer LTS release is solid enough and/or they are forced to move when 4.9 series support ends in January 2023, they'll move to a newer LTS branch.
4.19 is also after the AMD DC/DAL patches landed which in the early days caused a bunch of problems for people with older cards. It's gotten better since then, but I'd much rather wait until we have a 5.X series LTS before bumping us forward. 4.9 has been rock solid and does get support for some newer hardware from time to time.

Greetings to the team! Is it planned to replace the current 5.15.131 LTS kernel in the Solus software center with a newer version oof kernel LTS 6.1.55?
