Getta91 Neeonn Some people said, they had to disable the vsync in their game AND in their video card graphics settings. I don't know how to do that on Solus, but it could have created this issue.
laky Neeonn Have you tried putting "TripleBuffer" "true" In your gpu's conf. file? I think this would enhance your fps with vsync on. Edit: Oh no that actually wouldn't work. XD
laky Getta91 In short speech, it would make the game more bearable(smooth) even if he is stuck at 60 fps. Neeonn It should be in your /usr/share/X11/xorg.conf.d as far as I know off. Something to do with Section "OutputClass" or Section "Device"
Neeonn laky ok I've added TripleBuffer "true" to /usr/share/X11/xorg.conf.d/10-amdgpu.conf. Testing. Seems to be quite smoother, but still locked at 60 fps. I guess it has to be bearable.
laky Neeonn I am afraid that's all I could think off, since I never really played minecraft myself. Hope you get to fix this Good luck. Edit: Maybe don't do what i say , because it might break something like i just did it and i can't boot up my system LoL
laky Neeonn Hey mate don't do what i told you, I was not aware this will do such harm to me. Maybe the cmd is not well written i just copie-pasted it ! I am lucky guy that i've manage to enter tty and revert this i would be screwed. No more helping i think i will lay off forums for some time. Hey if this messed something up i can tell you what to do to revert.
Neeonn Justin because there were answers that can help so people could assume it was resolved and I just forgot to add the tag.
