Update wiped "Alternative Boot Entries" from GRUB - why?

No, they didn't re-appear.
But I'm not too worried as everything seems to be running normal.
sudo clr-boot-manager didn't do anything new, either.

I get that Warning too, but it is working fine.

$ sudo update-grub

The same result when I enter:

I appear to only have the latest installed when I look in software. There is Linux LTS kernel available, but not installed. This is not a dual boot. Having one kernel was not unusual on my previous OS so I didn't think twice about it.

Should installing the linux-lts from Software center bring back the alternative entries in the grub menu screen?
Edit: I don't remember seeing it as installed while the grub menu was still showin the alternatives. So it seems a silly question . 😅

laky The second kernel listed in my grub screen was the previous current and not the LTS kernel. There were two until the last update and don't if that was intentional.

wingman-4 As long as its not making any problems within the system , I wouldn't worry much about this. Just waiting for next update is best i can say here.

I have two boot entries again after updates.
