Ugh, how is this even a question? Plasma isn't fully implemented, Gnome is... made for tablets to put it politely, Mate is not the first thing people will associate with Solus. Of course Budgie is going to win. Now, on the Manjaro or Fedora Forums this question might have had some weight behind it, but here? Come on guys, this is like asking what DE you prefer for Mint on their forums, Cinnamon would win hands down, the same way Budgie will always win here.
