Can't install Spotify

Per 3rd party page at solus main site:
Spotify

sudo eopkg bi --ignore-safety https://raw.githubusercontent.com/getsolus/3rd-party/master/multimedia/music/spotify/pspec.xml
sudo eopkg it spotify*.eopkg;sudo rm spotify*.eopkg

Hopefully it works. Would certainly beat a snap. edit/spell

Yes, the package appeared to be building and then terminated.

The same thing happened to me yesterday then I entered this code again and again until it become 100%
sudo eopkg bi --ignore-safety http://raw.githubusercontent.com/getsolus/3rd-party/master/multimedia/music/spotify/pspec.xml

Then enter this
sudo eopkg it spotify*.eopkg;sudo rm spotify*.eopkg

That's it

GSingh1994 Nearly 100% of "install terminated" threads can be cured by persistence. Why I didn't put 2+2 together🙁...

I've switched the download back to HTTP, since HTTPS made problems in the past too (though it works fine on my system at the moment).

I can't install too, it always says there're errors that it can't fix and I just fail to install every time. So I finally ended up with downloading all my Likes songs from Spotify with tuneskit Spotify music converter, and it works, I don't need a app to play Spotify songs now.

I tried to install from the 3rd Party section of the SC, couldn't complete the installation. Just installed the Snap version with no issues. sudo snap install spotify

Weird, works perfectly fine for me. I wonder if I have to switch the download to HTTP again? 😃
