quick question, will i3 ever become offical supportted as one of main desktops?

    if I create an installation and basic configuration setup, with Solus theming, for example, like regolith-Linux. can it be proposed to the solus team? I would like to maintain it if approveed but ofcourse will need to document everything first and roadmap

      I wasn't saying that i3 is off the table as an official edition, but it will at least need more of an out-of-box-experience than the other editions because of the learning curve for new users and we would probably want to evaluate some software not in the repos as alternatives for the default applications. Given how much we are already focused on updating the core tooling for Solus this year, that just isn't a priority right now.

        totally understand, i3 is not for everyone. I will work on some feature for Solus as a side project for now. thanks for the feedback, much appreicated
