Well, I am have a celeron n3060 and videos were very laggy in my laptop, then I tried to install some libva and libvdpau to enable hardware accelaration, but it has not worked. libva-intel-driver was not installed as well. Now I can actually play the video with a nice fps, but I have to start always by the terminal to use vaapi. Am I missing something?

This is my terminal:
mpv --profile=opengl-hq --hwdec=vaapi Supergirl.S05E09.720p.WEB-DL.DUAL.mkv
(+) Video --vid=1 (*) (h264 1280x720 23.976fps)
(+) Audio --aid=1 --alang=por (*) (f) (ac3 2ch 48000Hz)
Audio --aid=2 --alang=eng 'Stereo' (ac3 2ch 48000Hz)
