Hello, After the latest update I seem to have run into a couple issues. I run Plasma on my machine, and prefer the Latte dock over the default panel. However, after performing the last update one of my latte docks seems to have gone completely berserk. It keeps appearing and disappearing repeatedly over and over and over again in perpetuity. This occurs regardless of whether it's set to always visible, or auto-hide, or any of the settings really. Upon further inspection I realized it's not just this one dock, but any panel or dock which I set to be on the right or left side of the screen regardless of which monitor I have it set to. I should specify that by appearing and disappearing I do not mean it's performing the animation it would do if it were trying to hide from windows. It actually appears to be outright going away, and then reforming itself. When I go into the dock settings I can actually see it's max length indicator repeatedly disappearing, reappearing small at the top of the dock, and then quickly extending to the bottom and then disappearing again. It's very strange behavior.
I tried running an sudo eopkg check, and found that a lot of python3 stuff was borked, along with something called udisk. So I ran sudo eopkg check | grep Broken | awk '{print $4}' | xargs sudo eopkg it --reinstall to try to reinstall any of the broken packages. This worked for almost everything, but bizarrely seemed to fail on udisks when trying to apply udev rules. Having the rest of the borked packages reinstalled has not fixed my Latte dock, however.
So now I suppose I have two problems: a blinking Latte dock, and a udisk package which won't install properly and which I am unsure how important to the system it is or isn't. I was hoping someone might be able to help me figure out how to fix this, especially the latte dock. Having it blinking all over the place is really quite annoying XD
