Matebook D 14 with Ryzen 2500u freezes totally

Greetings! I'd like to use Solus, but on my Huawei Matebook D 14 with AMD Ryzen 2500U with Radeon Vega it's unstable and the system freezes totally after launching it. I'm able to do few things before it starts, though. It freezes completely after few minutes of running so it is enough time to configure some files, but which ones am I supposed to modify? In other distributions the file is /etc/default/grub, but in Solus it doesn't exist... What file is this and what should I type to make it run smooth without freezing?

Tahnks, but i don't understand it, anyway. On Manjaro and ubuntu it was ok to add the line:

GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX="vga=current ivrs_ioapic[4]=00:14.0 ivrs_ioapic[5]=00:00.2 idle=nomwait acpi_osi=! acpi_osi='Windows 2015' acpi_enforce_resources=lax scsi_mod.use_blk_mq=1"

to /etc/default/grub

Appending kernel parameters to Solus boot

Kernel parameters can be appended to boot via creating a file for clr-boot-manager to use when updating kernels. For example, to add nomodeset to boot options, you would create the file /etc/kernel/cmdline (as sudo):
echo 'nomodeset' | sudo tee /etc/kernel/cmdline
The settings should be on one line with a space between them. You will need to run sudo clr-boot-manager update for the options to be appended to boot.

In your case it transforms to:

echo 'vga=current ivrs_ioapic[4]=00:14.0 ivrs_ioapic[5]=00:00.2 idle=nomwait acpi_osi=! acpi_osi='Windows 2015' acpi_enforce_resources=lax scsi_mod.use_blk_mq=1' | sudo tee /etc/kernel/cmdline.d/20-matebook

sudo clr-boot-manager update
