System doesn't see any wifi connection

Hi there, I am falling in love with this distro but once I installed on my laptop, the system doesn't see any wifi connection to the internet. I plugged the ethernet cable and updated the system. But even now still no wifi.

Can you guys help me solve this?

Tackskull What WiFi chipset do you have? Or at least laptop model number?

Tackskull It's certainly detecting the network connection. Are you sure if you click the network icon on your panel that it doesn't list networks?

I tried to move closer to the modem and yes, you are right. It seems the laptop was too far away, the other devices was getting the wifi so I tought was a problem of the ps.
