I use a computer to drive our 55" television, for streaming and playing videos stored on our NAS. There are tearing issues that are infrequent, but annoying when they do happen. From the "About" dialog, I know that the driver is Intel HD, but when I run DoFlicky I'm told that there are no drivers on my system.

Is there any other way for me to access video settings from Solus?

WetGeek Intel doesn't have a special driver or manager like Nvidia. It's all baked in. You could try forcing on vsync with an Xorg entry, which might help with tearing.

I've spent a while looking for Xorg.conf, with no luck. Where can I find it on a Solus Budgie installation?

YES! Thank you! I'd found the right place for a .conf file earlier, but didn't realize I'd need to create it, or what to put in it.

The TV is now streaming BritBox with absolutely zero tearing, and I've learned a lot in the process.
