Not sure if this qualifies as feeback or support but:
Are there built-in settings to tweak minutely the way Solus renders fonts? My fonts -- I think I am using mostly Noto on a fresh Budgie installment -- look a tad bit aliased (especially if small), and I am looking for a smoother experience.

I believe gnome-tweaks has some options on the hinting

Nycticorax Yes, it is available by searching gnome-tweaks.

Or alternatively you can install it via command-line sudo eopkg it gnome-tweaks

Just to let everyone know: gnome-tweaks allowed me to improve my fonts rendering -- or so I think, if I am not under some placebo impression -- by tweaking font rendering optimization from 'light' to 'full'. Thanks very much to @[deleted] for the hint!

Nycticorax Well, it's a personal preference, kind of 😀

@[deleted] I just wondered: Is it generally true that GNOME config utilities such as gnome-tweaks apply to the Bugdie desktop? Or it specific to this one and perhaps a few others? Any reasonably reliable rule of thumb apart from 'just test it'?

Nycticorax Since Budgie relies on gnome stack, some config utilities will def work.
