Currently there are Internet Problems at Providers in Germany. But they seem now to be fixed. (Apparently due to yearly solar Winds in October before Halloween.)
In Windows 10 German Websites are working.
The Interferences with Internet seem now only to Happen in solus.
Which further packages are responsible for Internet except network-manager?!
I want to try reinstallation of all internet-related packages including network-manager.

Nah, Kyrios ... you love kidding me, huh ?! Windows 10 did not patch against solar winds. I now can see, when running Solus live DVD (GNOME with Solus 4.0) then internet trouble is not present ?! It seems that my installed and updated Solus 4.0 is somehow shot off (in field of internet). But

sudo eopkg check

showed no broken packages - as well network-manager and modem-manager seems to be OK.
And

sudo eopkg install --reinstall network-manager

and

sudo eopkg install --reinstall modem-manager

did not help. After reboot no effect visible with installed Solus 4.0 - I have flushed DNS Cache as tothecloudd0 has recommended. No effect. And I deleted .ICEauthority too - no effect.

then shows that in Live-Solus IP address 192.168.0.13 is used - this seems to be correct for working internet.
In installed Solus 4.0 IP address 192.168.0.20 or 192.168.0.28 is used and this seems not to be correct for internet ?!
So it would help then after backup - to install Solus 4.0 new ?!
Or what can I fix else ?! only setting IP address to 192.168.0.13 would help probably, but I dont know what else is malformed in installed Solus 4.0 (on USB-harddisk).
Dont blame me for installing to USB-harddisk please - it is philosophy of Microsoft not to support installations onto USB-harddisks ( in Linux this was always working good).

This looks more like a routing issue to me if you're getting connection on specific IP's in your local subnet. Can you ping out? ping 8.8.8.8 have you tried restarting your router? Can your run traceroute 8.8.8.8

Are you absolutely, totally, completely and utterly sure that there are no problems whatsoever in the two items highlighted in bold in the schema above ? Because before checking your pc you should check that......

network-manager in installed solus 4.0 is producing always this Kind of nameservers.

(now solus is formatted - and I wait for Provider to get clear for New Installation of Solus 4.0 - systemd and network-manager (Modem-Manager?) should be immune against change from extern.)

Nah - I will do it soon ! Later I re-install Solus. But I say this - before I went to 192.168.1.1 with my router for to configure it after re-flashing it, then nameserver was visible and this was

nameserver fd48:f4b6:e19::1

mysterious IP somewhere around HongKong ... This was engraved in /etc/resolved.conf

dschinn1001 Ok. Because you can't be bothered to read links sent to you, I'll explain this simply.

NetworkManager can add nameservers if you ask it to manually, but the ones in /etc/resolved.conf by default come from the router on the network that you are currently connected to. They do not come from us. If its your home router, the nameservers are provided by your ISP. If its a public / school / work router, the nameservers will be provided by whoever set up the router or their ISP. If you are connected to a VPN the nameservers will come from the router on the remote network and will be configured by whoever runs the VPN or the ISP they use.

There are ONLY two ways that these nameservers can be maliciously modified:

If your DHCP requests are intercepted and you are sent malicious responses. This can happen when there is a rogue DHCP server or compromised router on any network you are connected to, or if that network itself is run by a malicious entity. This also includes your home network! Home routers have notoriously bad security and get compromised all the time, especially when no one is updating the firmware.
If your machine itself has been compromised and the hacker(s) modified your nameserver configs.

What you have presented is 100% normal behavior of DHCP and is not in the lease bit indicative of either 1 or 2.
