Hi,
I need to copy recorded video from a Panasonic video camera to my computer. Solus recognizes that the camera's micro SD card has some 15 GBs of data on it, but I cannot find any big files on the card.
Using Nautilus, I search through every single folder on the card and see no video files. Hidden files are displayed.
I then tried Terminal in super user mode and, interestingly, when listing the contents of /run/media/user/7858-8326/PRIVATE/AVCHD/BDMV
it said that STREAM
folder cannot be displayed:
user@t440s /run/media/user/7858-8326/PRIVATE/AVCHD/BDMV $ ls
ls: cannot access 'STREAM': Input/output error
CLIPINF INDEX.BDM MOVIEOBJ.BDM PLAYLIST STREAM
I accessed the same memory card on a Windows 10 computer and I did find the files. I believe they were in the STREAM
folder. How can I open this folder on Solus?
Just in case, the camera model is Panasonic HC-W859.
