Searched around the forums for this, but wanted to ask again for more up-to-date information.

For those of you using spotify, do you use the snap version or the one in the 3rd party repos? I opted for the snap version, but I cannot get the cursor theme to match my desktop theme. I have DPI scaling set to 2.0 and had to modify the snap spotify.desktop file to include --force-device-scale-factor=2.0, which works for the app's UI, but not the cursor. My cursor is tiny, and it doesn't even follow the theme applied to the rest of the desktop (breeze_cursor).

Anyone know a workaround, or know of a better way to use Spotify on Solus?

I use Spotify from the 3rd party repo, I don't have any theme-related (or any other) issues with it.

I have a 1080p display though, so I don't use scaling, don't know how well it works.

Edit:
I've checked out the snap of Spotify, and I can confirm that it doesn't match the system cursor theme.
