Language switching doesn't work

When I try to switch the keyboard layout on the login screen or in the start menu with a keyboard combination, it doesn't switch. Looks like a bug.

By the way, the known problem of the impossibility to set the alt+shift combination for switching layouts is still unsolved. Are you going to fix it?

No, because again, we support Win+Space, not Alt+Shift. I do not consider this to be an issue.

JoshStrobl you also support setting different shortcuts for switching layouts, but that function doesn't work properly. So users have to do some tricks in terminal instead of just setting it with gui.

However, my main question was about switching the layouts in the start menu and on the login screen.
