How to install jfsutils in Solus?

G parted suggested I do this when trying to access a USB hard drive; Which I have most of the time connected to an LG television for recording. I could not find jfsutils with the software center. Please advice?

If what you need is http://jfs.sourceforge.net/, it's very unlikely it will ever be added in the repository seeing it hasn't seen an update for years.

kyrios I think that is it. I reconed it would not need to be added to the solus repository, but is there a way to install it in a another way compiling from sourcecode or something? I am new to linux so I would apreciate as detailed instructions as possible.

Jumpy Look very straightforward to build from source according to what I see in ArchLinux package. You'll probably have to apply the 2 patches they use.
