hmm i just tried to boot solus 4 budgie from a usb stick just to see what looked different out of the box, i had no intention of installing it. however it never reaches gui, its just stuck on a text only login screen (and i couldnt figure out any login/pw that worked, tried solus/live/blank most combos of those)

anyway, its not working as it should, im guessing its related to my rtx 2070? how would i go about if i wanted to install it?

    danielson No, it was actually slated for today (the 18th). I even tried to do clever stuff like changing the date and time for the screenshots to the 18th for when the release was going to be launched.

    The reality is I was just ready to release it sooner than I anticipated and there was no reason to delay it, so I released it last night. I didn't even realize it was St. Paddy's Day.

      Great news! Updating from 3.99 can be done straighforwardly from eopkg / software center?
