Thanks for the reply. The wpa_supplicant.service is for WiFi cards isn't it? I'm running Solus Budgie on a desktop. Which is probably why I can't find the file path you mentioned in /etc.
I have two integrated Ethernet ports on my Asus motherboard which I have configured in a LAG. I have a additional PCI-E NIC that I use exclusively for Windows which is installed on a separate NVME. The issue I'm having is that even though I have not configured the PCI-E NIC in Solus with the Network Manager Applet it is still active. It is causing a lot of problems with network connectivity. I'm unable to resolve web pages or ping URL's like google.com although I can ping 8.8.8.8 without issue. If I disable the PCI-E NIC with ifconfig down the issue is no longer present. That is why I am trying to permanently disable the PCI-E NIC when I am working in Solus.
