We don't support any sort of user repository and Deepin software absolutely isn't going into our repos. You're welcome to compile it yourself though.

          It would be great if Solus OS integrated an alternative to AUR. But I'm afraid I'll come back to Manjaro or try another distro based on Arch, for now.

            This is not going to happen but in addition to native packages, Solus supports universal packages : Snaps, Flatpaks and AppImages.
