Switch Languages with Caps Lock?

Is it possible to switch between input languages with Caps Lock?

I've managed to disable Caps Lock with this command: gsettings set org.gnome.desktop.input-sources xkb-options "['grp_led:caps', 'caps:none']"

Then, to assign Caps Lock for input language switching within this Gnome framework, internet suggests three options. I've discovered, though, that none of them work:

gsettings set org.gnome.desktop.wm.keybindings switch-input-source "['VoidSymbol']"
gsettings set org.gnome.desktop.wm.keybindings switch-input-source "['0xffffff']"
gsettings set org.gnome.desktop.wm.keybindings switch-input-source "['Caps_Lock']"

It seems that the "registry" entry org/gnome/desktop/input-sources/xkb-options is inactive under Budgie Desktop. Using Dconf Editor, I've added the option ['grp:caps_toggle'] in it - but this did nothing, also after reload. (This is the article I took the command from.)

Regarding this entry, org/gnome/desktop/wm/keybindings/switch-input-source , does anyone know if Budgie WM even sees Caps Lock, since it is a modifier key?

It "sees" whatever is provided to it as the switch-input-source keybind, as I've stated previously. Again, your mileage will vary on whether or not it is supported.

I'm going to considered this issue resolved. Our officially supported keybind in Win+Space. Anything else is purely accidental in nature.
