I am looking for instructions to install drivers for (Touch screen & USB ports) Where do I get drivers and how to install them from terminal?
HP PAVILLION All in One diver install
I would venture to say, if you need external drivers, you will find them from your manufacturers. Though that's not really how Linux works...and you probably don't install external drivers.
dbarron Your answer is confusing. Is that a YES or No or you don't know?

@99PROBLEMS The drivers are already implemented in the kernel. Most of the time, no installation of proprietary drivers is required. That being said, there is no such thing as "All in One Driver Install". I own a Pavilion laptop, the touch screen basic functionality works, however, it is not perfect. In order to fix it, I have to venture out and find a solution. Using lsmod
will let you know what "drivers" are loaded.
Unfortunately, the only touch screen item working is double tap on screen. No screen scroll nor right click copy and paste. On screen key board is also no functional. After using ``lsmod" to find which drivers are being used, how do I change them? Also USB port is not recognized.

@99PROBLEMS To test touchscreen functionality, you can test by heading over "System Settings > Mouse and Touchpad" on the start menu or by typing ""Mouse" on the start menu. Select "Test Your Settings" to the left of the minimize button. Screenshot below:
This is where I notice that all functionality works, so the only issue I had was scrolling while browsing. I use Firefox browser, so I decided to proceed with the following tweak as explained in the Arch Wiki https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Firefox/Tweaks#Enable_touchscreen_gestures
In regards to USB not mounting, when inserting a USB device, head over and "Launch Files". It should be mounted, below is a screenshot when I mount a USB drive:
I must confess the touch screen does work however, limited usage. With no ability to download drivers any longer from Hp. Solus lacks the ability to customize settings. Under touchpad settings, I don't have the "Touchpad speed, Tap to click nor finger scrolling.
As for the USB port issues lets just say user error. My card reader was not connected correctly.
