Firefox - latest version?

Can anyone tell me when Firefox, latest version (68.0.1) as far as i can tell from their website will be added to the repo?
I was sort of expecting it on Fridays update but according to software centre no its still version 68.0 its no big deal just wondering.

Absolutely none like I said just wondering, I was curious is all. I know this is a curated distro i was wondering if there was a reason its not released to stable just yet

Actually for some reason it failed to build on my machine and I was busy with other stuffs so I didn't look further.
It's not a big release and it doesn't address any vulnerability, so unless somebody takes over or someone asks for a package update, I guess I'd rather wait for the next version to update the package.

@kyrios Are you officially maintaing the Firefox package?

All other minor previous bugfix releases came in fluently in the past. Why not this?
I don't see anything haven't changed that policy in Solus.
Please no offense taken, this is just a question that raised up for me.

eco6 The Firefox package has no official maintainer but since it is a core application, it is closely monitored by the core team and global maintainers.

But yeah usually I am the one who updates it.

As a personal matter, I can no longer intervene on the CCM forum since the last version of Firefox. I hope that the next update will fix this.

pingouinormand would that not be a FF issue ? Solus only packages FF.

Solus packages are listed first in the unstable repo, then if they are ok they made into the stable repo (shannon), you can track the newest Firefox package by visiting https://mirrors.rit.edu/solus/packages/unstable/f/firefox/ the next one must be release 165+
