Just in case anyone noticed anything weird in the last hour or so, I've been messing around trying to fix our Flarum installation. The built-in extension manager never worked, and would always completely break the forum, meaning that to install, remove, or update plugins, we had to SSH into the server and use the CLI. After a bunch of trial and error, we finally identified and fixed the issues preventing the built-in manager from working. Everything should be back to normal now.
