Hey, guys! I just wanted to suggest using mozo as the default menu editor on Solus Mate Editions. For some time, I could not edit the main menu because menulibre doesn't work. It was only recently I discovered why when I checked the changelog for menulibre in the software centre. Most users do not bother checking changelogs so it might be better to replace it with mozo (or similar) on new ISO releases. Perhaps, once the issue is fixed, menulibre can be used again. 😎

I can vouch for not getting menulibre to work yesterday (creating a menu entry and desktop icon) after I failed to execute a simple desktop script....I read a lot of tutorials....but take heart, with me it's probably not the app that fails, sometimes I think I fail the app....

share your executable full path and cat the desktop file and we fix it today 🙂

viyoriya Bless your soul. Scurrying off to a birthday brunch now. But will bring you all the info on that specific thread later, (so we don't go off topic here). Thank you for you help.

JoshStrobl Hey! I am sorry for the late reply. I was not aware that this issue was already addresed in the new ISO. I am using the Solus 3.9999 ISO. Even though I am up-to-date, menulibre was not replaced. Thank you all for your comments! 😁
