Hello everyone! It's sync day, and that means it's time for the weekly Solus roundup!
Our kernels got updated this week. linux-current is now at version 6.18.12, linux-lts at version 6.12.73., and intel-microcode at 20260210. This update is about reverting a commit that caused boot regressions in the previous version of the kernels.
Libreoffice got updated to version 25.8.4.2. This is a maintenance release of the 25.8 series and mostly contains bugfixes.
KDE Frameworks 6 got updated to version 6.23.0. This update brings many improvements to various underlying libraries that build the KDE experience.
Streamlink (streamlink) has been updated to version 8.2.0. This is a big version leap from the previous version available in our repository. Though, this update is mostly about dropping the Python 3.9 support.
Syncthing GTK (syncthing-gtk) has been updated to version 0.10.0. This update finally brings support for Syncthing 2.0. There is a known issue that sometimes the application window is blank. This can be worked around by right-clicking and selecting "Show Web Interface".
Czkawka (czkawka), the multi functional app to find duplicates, empty folders, similar images, got updated to version 11.0.0 and along with that Krokiet (krokiet), the new front-end for Czkawka, has been added to the repository.
QGIS (qgis) got updated to version 3.44.7 and along with that QGIS LTR (qgis-ltr) was added to the repository. LTR stands for Long Term Release and is mosly used for comparision in case a regression/bug is spotted in the normal release of the QGIS. Users with many plugins may also prefer the LTR package. QGIS and QGIS LTR cannot be installed side by side.
We also have a few other new additions to repository. Nova Bar (nova-bar) is a modern macOS-style panel for X11/XFCE. It features an integrated global menu, system indicators, and a sleek control center. Nova Dock (nova-dock) is a modern XFCE4 dock & launchpad with magnification effects, plugin support, and custom themes. Stripe CLI (stripe-cli) allows developers to build, manage, and test their Stripe integrations via a command line interface. Finally, there's the vala-language-server, which is a language server for the Vala programming language.
