Qt has been updated to 6.10.2. This is a bugfix release for the 6.10 series. Check out the release announcement for more information.
The Linux kernels have been updated this week. Our linux-current package is now on version 6.18.8, the first time the 6.18 series has appeared in Solus. See what's new here. As of this update, the Zen patch set have been dropped to ease the maintenance burden. The linux-lts package has been updated to 6.12.68. Check out the latest changelog here.
The Vulkan stack has been updated to 1.4.341.0. Check out the release notes for more information.
Blender has been updated to 5.0.1. The 5.0 release has a lot of improvements, including a completely overhauled color management pipeline that natively supports wide-gamut and HDR color spaces. Check out the release page for more information.
OBS Studio has been updated to 32.0.4. Version 32.0 has a bunch of features, improvements, and fixes. For more details, head on over to the release notes.
Azahar has been updated to 2124.3. This update re-enables support for the .3ds extension, which was previously removed in Azahar's initial release. For more information on this change, please see the release notes.
Rio has been added to the Solus repository this week. It is a modern terminal written in Rust, and using WebGPU rendering.
