I believe Original-syn is correct.

Other than moving to the nvidia-open (LTS kernel users) / nvidia-open-current (default kernel users) driver if your GPU supports it I wouldn't advise anyone preemptively switching to anything else, changes will be coming to what nvidia drivers we provide an while I know what I would do I do not even have an nvidia GPU and will not be making these changes to our nvidia drivers so you could end up creating more work for yourself.

Nvidia drivers are a complete shit show.

I should also point out that the nvidia 470 driver is no longer supported by nvidia and will be going away at some point, which will leave some users with no choice but to use the nouveau driver or upgrade their GPU.

I was ready and it looks like the 580 is going to potentially be the LTS legacy driver with support for 2028, so that may be worth looking into. But I am no expert on the matter.

Solseek 0.12.0 has been released to Unstable

This is a minor release. Cleaned up the UI a little to resolve some issues when resizing the window and added a few more driver tools based on the Hardware section of Solus Help, including Broadcom, Open Razer, Piper, and Xbox.

Underneath this was removing cruft that was left behind during the development over the last few months to prepare for the 1.0 milestone. This release is essnetially the release candidate for that.

If there are any other drivers that you think are commonly used on Solus that are not in the tool, please let me know and I will add them. The list is based on the Solus Help, but I know there may be a few others.

I like the subtle changes on the UI. I did experience the issue that if you resized your window that the bars in the preview area could overlap. Also learned by mistake that you can change the width of the list / preview areas with the mouse as well.
