I used eopkg check (I'm using XFCE) all are 'ok'. What should I do/how to proceed?

if your computer and solus updates aren't talking then I'd say reboot modem.
but if your computer and solus updates aren't talking and you have active internet. then I'm wrong.
flush dns?
reboot?
try 100 more times?

these are three different steps not a sequence. the last step is one of those 'maybe it will finally catch' scenarios that are common with persistence.

that's the stuff I'd do first. As for Plans D, E, or F I don't know.
